Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the people who run Make Your Own Logo at makeyourownlogo.net ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What the site does

You type a brand name, pick a style, an icon and colors, and an AI model draws a new logo. A machine makes it, so it can get things wrong: a misspelled letter, a stray mark, a shape that doesn't quite work. Check every logo carefully before you print it or put it on anything.

Free use

Every visitor can make 3 logos free, without signing up. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we track it by network and device, and using extra devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to get more is not allowed. We may change or pause the free allowance at any time.

What you type in

• Use names you have the right to use: your own business, team, club, channel or project.
• Don't ask for another company's or team's logo, trademark or mascot, and don't type in names meant to pass yourself off as an existing brand.
• Nothing hateful, sexual, violent or illegal where you or we are.

You keep any rights you have in your name and text. You let us send them to our AI providers only to create the logos you ask for.

The logos you make

As far as we are concerned, the logos are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, as long as the use is lawful. We claim no ownership of them. Keep in mind:

• In some countries purely AI-made images can't be protected by copyright, so you may not be able to stop others copying the logo.
• Someone else can get a similar-looking logo from a similar request, and we can't promise yours is unlike every existing mark.
• Before you register a logo as a trademark or build a brand on it, search the trademark databases where you trade. That check is your responsibility.

Things you must not do

• Break the law or other people's rights while using the site, including trademark and copyright.
• Get around the free allowance or rate limits.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example logos belong to us. The brand names in our examples are made up. Don't copy our content without permission.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We can change, pause or stop any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without notice.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always work, that it will be free of errors, or that a logo will be original, registrable or right for your purpose.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, rebranding costs or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is more. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
